Bristol, UK is going to have the largest vegan event in the world in May 2008.
I came across this site for vegan cookies and it seems they have a bunch of varieties like snickerdoodle and double chocolate decadence. The price of cookies per pack is $10, a bit pricey but probably worth checking out. I am considering ordering these for my hubby's birthday. They claim that their goal is to make the best cookie in the galaxy. Wonder if the Girl Scout cookie troop would team up with them to appeal to a vegan audience.
