Thai Style Rice Sticks with Artichoke Hearts

Let's cook rice sticks today. Rice sticks can be bought at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.


1/2 packet (13.2 oz packet) Thai style rice sticks
2 tbsp vegetable oil
8 artichoke hearts (I used the frozen ones thawed at room temperature)
1/4 medium red onion chopped
1/2 large tomato chopped
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
3/4 tsp chilli powder
5 cup water

Boil water in a large pan. Add rice sticks. Break them once, if you find them too long. Add oil, veggies, and spices. Cook on medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Tip: Prepare rice sticks 30 minutes before eating. Do not eat cold. They do not taste good.
