Vegan pizza in Seattle.

My family and I have been to Pizza Pi which is ranked second in Seattle area for vegan and organic pizzas and I have tried many varieties of pizzas over a period of time. A good place to hang out with friends. The garlic breadsticks that they bring out hot from the oven is my daughter's favorite. They offer other varieties like bruchetta, calzones and desserts.

And for those of you who follow Stuti Garg's blog, but live in areas without a single vegetarian or vegan pizza place, there is hope in the frozen food section!

Last night, I tried my first grilled veggie pizza from Rising Moon Organics...and it was delicious. Eggplant, zucchini, peppers, asparagus--and the MOST DELICIOUS CRUST on a frozen pizza I've ever tasted (stone-baked in Italy). It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny. (Also, when you consider that the pizza was my entire meal--bread, protein, and veggies--it really was very affordable.)

Not a vegetarian (so you know it must have been delicious!),
