Valentines Day is just around the corner. It is special for me because it marks one year since I started blogging about food. I plan on making vegan pudding for my family on the 14th of this month to celebrate the big day.

Happy belated Valentine's Day...and Blog Birthday! I spent Valentine's Day in Dallas with my three favorite vegetarians, one of whom bought the book The Voluptuous Vegan the day before.
Oh, and I've thought of Spice Route often as I've been reading Dr. Servan-Schreiber's Anticancer book; he recommends limiting or eliminating meat from the diet. While I'll probably never be a vegetarian, sites like yours make it a LOT easier to reduce the amount of meat in my life and to make more informed choices!
