The Director/producer Eric Prescott of a vegan documentary called I'm Vegan visited us last year and we hosted him and his wonderful crew (Matthew and Spencer) at our house for a couple of days. We had a great time answering questions about veganism while they recorded us as the 'cast from Seattle' for the documentary. I'm Vegan is a series of short, standalone profiles, as opposed to a full-length documentary feature that would require people to pay to see the film. Eric will be editing many of these profiles between now and the end of next summer. It was fun to be part of this documentary to increase awareness about veganism and eating vegan food together.
Eric told us that he opened a vegan pizzeria called Peace o’ Pie Gourmet Vegan Pizza in Boston. So if you are in the area check it out.
