Orange Jelly

My daughter is on summer vacation. So, sometimes, she likes to explore in the kitchen and asks me to make her favorite dishes. At times, she opens the cabinets, looks inside, and decides, "today, I want to eat spicy noodles, Mommy and orange jelly for dessert." It is the the kind of packet that I got from the local Indian grocery store. All you have to do is follow the directions on the packet and it is ready. The simple recipe needs boiling water and a lot of stirring. Viola, that's it and after a few hours of refrigeration the orange jelly is ready to eat.

The fun part was when my daughter wanted to stir the contents and we both enjoyed the process.

Enjoy making this dish with your little ones.

Bon Appetit!
