UW-Milwaukee students want more vegan options. UC Santa Cruz, the University of Puget Sound and Northwestern University are some of the most vegetarian friendly colleges. Now UW-Milwaukee would also do well to be part of it. UWM student Amy Gorski joined PETA2 to collect 1500 signatures to demand vegan options on the campus menu.
