Vegan Chocolate Mocha Cake

Homemade vegan cake  is on my mind as my daughter's birthday approaches. Attempt #1 turned out well as I was experimenting with mocha in a vegan cake recipe for the first time. I usually try vegan carob chips. This time I did not use apple sauce as I did in my previous baking experiments.

Here are the ingredients that you will need:
3 cup all purpose flour
2 cup sugar
6 tsp organic cocoa powder
2 tsp flax meal
4 tsp chocolate mocha powder
1/2 cup vegan carob chips
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup almond milk
1 cup soy slender milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix ingredients, blend until smooth, bake  @350 degrees in oven. Bake for 30- 35 mins or until tooth pick comes out clear.

Kids loved it and many came for seconds so I guess it was a hit.
