Iron and protein rich meal
Spinach pasta, black-eyed beans (rich in protein) with tomatoes, eggplant, garlic and onion side-dish, boiled & mashed potato bhaji served with chapati. Spinach and eggplant (also called aubergine) are rich in iron and are a good source to add to main course. Eggplant is also called brinjal which is described as 'King of Vegetables'.
