Eggplant, carrots with onions side dish and hand tossed garlic naan bread

Eggplant, carrots with onions side dish.

                                         Prepare dough.

                                          All purpose Flour

                                          Take golf ball sized dough ball and flatten it.

Even out the edges and the center.

                                          Press with fingers to flatten it or use a rolling pin.

Hold with one hand and slightly pull with thumb to get the desired 'elongated round' shape or 'inverted tear shape' or create a shape of your choice.


Cook on a griddle on both sides or in the oven for a few minutes.  Serve warm with your choice of vegetable dish.
