Rice papad with chili flakes, lentil flour crepes, tofu with carrots stew, sugarless flaxseed rounds

On a rainy day in Seattle it is great to make some crunchy  rice papad to go with my meal.

 I find moong flour and whole wheat flour crepes to be very light yet satisfying.

Some things, like flaxseed rounds, don't need an excuse, and can be had, any time of the day for a little snack. When they are sugar free I can eat them guilt free.
